Hobby Bar

Since 2008, visitors to Warhammer World have been able to sit down at a strange thing called the Hobby Bar and have a go at a range of exciting and entertaining activities, such as getting to grips with our scenery kits or scratch building terrain. 

All of the materials, tools, equipment and tuition are included in the price, and after two hours you get to walk away with a completed project. Whether you are a newcomer to the world of Games Workshop, a seasoned veteran wanting a laugh with mates or even a parent or partner who wants to give it a go - we can match your skills and help you learn more.

From June the 1st 2009 we have made a few changes to the service, but this is to ensure that we give you the best service possible.

 

To use the Hobby Bar now there's three steps

1. Get together three or more people aged 12+ (we can work with a maximum of 10 hobbyists in one sitting)
2. Pick what projects you would like to tackle from the options shown in the picture here.
3. Call us at least three weeks in advance so we can check the date is available, book you in and arrange your staff and materials (the more advance your booking, the more able we are to help you).

Easy!

Also the Hobby Bar will be manned for drop in activites during the February, May and October school half terms. Because the half term dates can differ in local areas please check in advance before visiting.

And soon we will start to run special Hobby Events with tickets available beforehand. These will be days with limited spaces where you can take part in larger or more complicated projects, or lots of quick and fun activities to have a go at. Keep an eye out here for more details.
