New Art Prints available in Bugman's

We like to reward our visitors by giving them access to items not available elsewhere, partly because we like you and partly because we know how good it is to get back home and show off to your mates. Since we started selling prints of original artwork in Bugman's Bar there's been a great response, so the Imperial Guard Art should be just as popular.

Imperial Guard Exhibition now open

With a wide range of regiments to choose from and opportunity to create your own, striking images and detailed background, Imperial Guard are a great choice for one of our Art and Design Exhibitions. The release of a new codex seemed like a good time, as we can show off the classic, existing and new all together.

With archive artwork and miniatures stretching back to the 1980's and a couple of armies on loan from staff, there's hardly space left in the cabinets!

The Exhibition is open daily with free admission until July 13th, although access and contents may vary with special events or items removed for use by the Design Studio.

Warhammer World Store activities

Those great guys who run our Hobby Centres keep up a series of events, activities and games throughout the year - here at Warhammer World they do all you would expect and then some! In May there's games, painting sessions, a conversion clinic, parent's evening, entire days dedicated to your favourite system and an ongoing painting project competition.

Great Guest Displays in Citadel Miniatures Hall

There's now two new Guest Armies on display, so along with Paul Corcoran's Orks - there's three great reasons to revisit the Citadel Miniatures Hall whether you prefer Warhammer or 40K.
Bretonnians and Chaos Space Marines, by Justin Read and Rob Peck - both Hobbyists who show what a little hard work and a lot of thought can achieve.

Improving The Warhammer World Hobby Bar Service.

From June the 1st 2009 we will be making important changes to how we provide our Hobby Bar service at Warhammer World.

These changes are focused at improving the existing service that we provide to you, our customers.

Bugman's Game

RELEASED ON THE 30TH MAY

As we all know Bugmans bar is a notorious dwarf drinking hall frequented by all kinds of vice-ridden low-lifes such as brutish trolls, sneaky goblins, larcenous halflings, and even the odd moody elf thats gone off the rails.
The beer is thicK and strong and so are the staff - so dont mess about with either of 'em. You'll need a cast-iron stomach and a bladder like a balloon because the bogs haven't been cleaned since..... actually they've never been cleaned at all!

The Aim of the game:
Each player is represented by a Dwarf character and a table full of thirsty mates. Your dwarf has to fetch beer and grub for himself and pals - The team that guzzles and scoffs the most come chucking out time wins. It's as easy as that. Trouble is... well, you dont want to know what lies ahead. Oh no!

Corky’s ‘Cult of Speed’

The new Guest Display in the Citadel Miniatures Hall is a real treat, Paul Corcoran certainly has a way with bits and his Ork amy inspired by the Speed Freaks and the film "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines" is, well, nicely bonkers!

A Tau Devilfish with two Deathkopters attached, plus unwilling parachuter being kicked out the back, is just one of the very Orky vechicles on display and there are great little touches throughout the army. Painted in bright and bold yellow and red it's striking in a way only Orks can manage.

Paul's Army is on display until the 19th of June and as ever the Citadel Miniatures Hall is open daily with free admission.
