Warhammer World is Games Workshop's purpose-built gaming and visitor centre located at out Nottingham UK HQ.
Lots of people have asked us where the webcam is located in Warhammer World. As you can see from this photo if you squint hard... it is mounted in the window above the entrance to Bugman's. We are currently looking into getting a new wireless webcam that will enable us to broadcast images from other areas of the hall including tournament games.
The gaming arena is at the heart of Warhammer World and is the venue for Tournaments and Special Events. Visitors to Warhammer World are always welcome to bring along an army and settle down for a game at one of the many themed gaming tables.
Some of our half-term visitors gaze in wonder at the fantastically painted miniatures in the Citadel Miniatures Hall
This Space Marine is one of a number of life-sized models we've had comissioned over the years. This one guards the entrance to Warhammer World and provides a perfect photo op for visitors to the hall.
One of the best loved exhibits in the Citadel Miniatures Hall is this twenty-five year old diorama created by artist John Blanche in 1982. It depicts the assault on a fortress by a massive Undead horde and all of the miniatures, scenery and backgrounds were painted and modelled by John himself.
This is a typical weeknd view of the main gaming arena with many gamers just coming along with their armies to make use of the tables and facilities at Warhammer World
